ManTrip Final Details June 14-16, 2017

*Weather Update: Due to expected rain, I have reserved a shelter for us to camp under. We will still hike and play in the water if there is no lightning, but we will at least have a dry place to sleep!

Parents of ManTrippers,

We're pumped to take your high schoolers on the trail for a few days. We'll be heading towards Brevard, NC and hiking Looking Glass on Wednesday night. On Thursday we'll head to Gorges State Park on the NC/SC border to see some of the best waterfalls in the country. On Friday, we'll make a surprise stop at one of my favorite spots and then head home. During the trip we will be talking about the concept of hearing from God and paying attention to His voice. Please contact me with any questions. As a dad of three, I promise to make your kids safety a priority. This is my 19th year leading this trip and by God's grace we've never had any major accidents. It is currently looking like rain, which is a big "damper" on a trip when you're in the woods the whole time, but we'll keep praying for sunshine! We currently have 13 high school guys and 5 leaders going.

Let's grow some chest hair!
