SNL and WAHO Recap

SNL
Every other Sunday night for 9th-12th. New Time: 6:30-8:30pm

WAHO
Every other Wednesday afternoon 4:30-6pm. 

During our first week at SNL and first 2 weeks of WAHO we began a series called 'Squad Goals.' We're focusing on relationships and community, specifically looking at Romans 12:9-16.

We've been looking at Acts 2:42 and the kids enjoyed reading it in 'Da Jesus Book' translation. You can buy a copy for $8 here on Amazon. 

On Wednesday afternoons and Sunday nights we've been trying to cast a vision for the kids to do 2 things:

1. See the other folks in their youth group as their brothers and sisters in Christ. 
2. Reach out to folks outside of our youth group and invite them into the family. 

We typically have pizza, play some games and fellowship. Following that time we do announcements, prayer, and a short teaching/discussion time. The majority of our time during WAHO and SNL is now spent in small groups led by these fearless Small Group Leaders.
